My husband and I had the very best experience working with American Classic Appraisal Services. We were considering the purchase of a 1972 Chevy C10 stepside. The dealership provided lots of quality pictures and video, and we initiated paperwork with the dealership to move forward with the purchase. However, I couldn't sleep that night. I was apprehensive about moving forward with the purchase because we hadn't seen the truck in person; we are located in Texas, and the dealership is in Kentucky. So, I did a Google search for certified appraisers near the dealership. American Classic Appraisal Services caught my eye because of the highly-rated reviews. After reading several reviews, I clicked on the text button and sent a text with my name and explained that I was looking for someone to do a pre-inspection and appraisal. It was about 10:30 pm CST, so I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next day. To my surprise, the owner, Shawn, responded immediately and discussed my needs and the options available. Shawn was super friendly, easy to talk to, and very empathetic. He personally went above and beyond to drive 3 hours to the dealership where the truck was located to perform the pre-inspection and test drive. Shawn provided a very thorough pre-inspection report and YouTube video, as well as an appraisal report, which helped us tremendously with finalizing the truck and insurance purchases. Shawn checked in with my husband and I throughout the process, even after his reports were issued. He answered all questions we had; he went beyond the services we hired his company for, reaching out to his network to help us with shipping quotes and sharing his experiences working with the different classic car insurance providers. I highly recommend this company for all your needs.

Thanks for the help. Mr. Shawn Evans was a great person to work with. I texted him on Sunday and wasn't expecting a response until Monday. He got back to me immediately and told me what he needed to complete the appraisal. I had several questions and he answered them all. I didn't get him the photos until Monday morning and he sent me the entire appraisal by noon on Monday. Great guy to do business with and very prompt.
